Our Gut shot ingredients

Ginger

Ginger

Helps break down carbs

This magical ingredient when consumed consistently eases indigestion. It also stimulates the production of digestive enzymes, such as lipase and amylase, which help break down fats and carbohydrates. It also helps relax the muscles of the gastrointestinal tract, relieving symptoms of indigestion, bloating, and gas. Ginger is also anti-inflammatory. It soothes  irritation in the gastrointestinal tract. It may help protect the stomach lining and reduce inflammation caused by conditions like gastritis or gastric ulcers.

Coconut

Spearmint

Spearmint

Orange

Orange

Rich source of soluble fibre

One cup of oranges contains 4 grams of fiber, and dietary experts recommend that you get 14 grams of fiber for every 1,000 calories you eat. Fiber helps your digestive system process food and keep a healthy weight. Half of the fiber contained within oranges is soluble fiber, which can create a gel substance that slows digestion. This gel helps your body absorb nutrients and can even decrease the amount of sugar your body absorbs, which in turn lowers your blood sugar levels

+
Pineapple

Pineapple

Source of Protein Digestive Enzymes

Pineapple has bromelain. Bromelain is a combination of protein-digesting enzymes, found mainly in the stem and juice of the pineapple plant. This enzyme has grabbed attention for its possible role in boosting digestion and reducing gut swelling.  Bromelain’s top job is to break down proteins, such as those in meat and other protein-rich foods. This process makes nutrient digestion and absorption easier for your body. Other studies have looked into bromelain’s possible benefits to manage various conditions like sinusitis, osteoarthritis
