When can the orders be cancelled -
Your orders can be cancelled only if they are not shipped
When can the orders not be cancelled -
Your orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped
If my order is cancelled, when can I expect the refund -
Your refund will be applied in 5-7 business days
When can I return the product
You can return the product if -
- Wrong product has been delivered
- Product is post expiration date
- Order has some missing items
- It has been less than 7 days since the delivery date
When can I NOT return the product -
You cannot return the product if -
- Packaging is missing
- Product has been used
- Request is being raised after 7 days of delivery
Return Process
- Please write mail us at support@peping.in with details like Order ID, Reason for returning and images for the proof
- Once we have investigated we will raise a return request. We may not raise a return request if the conditions stated above are not met.
- If the return request is raised, our representative will pick up the goods in 1-2 days. In very rare scenario if we are not able to pick up the goods, we may ask you to courier them and we will reimburse the courier charge
- After the products are received, we will investigate the products received. If the product is - Tampered, consumed, damaged or does not comply with the stated conditions, then the refund will not be applicable. If the product is met with all the required policies then the refund will be processed.
- If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving the refund request from you. For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of receiving a refund request.
