RETURNS AND REFUND
Peping Commerce Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at No. 432, Second Floor , 4th Cross, 2nd Block, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka 560043 (“Peping”) offers retail solutions, including health, wellness, and lifestyle products, through its online platform www.peping.in (“Platform”).
With the purpose of providing you a great online shopping experience and satisfaction, this Returns and Refund policy shall together with the Terms & Conditions, as set out on 01-Sept-2022 , will govern the procedure and policy of return, cancellations, and refunds, where applicable.
1. Cancellation before Dispatch and Refund
1.1. A User is permitted to fully or partially cancel orders prior to its dispatch from Peping. We do not accept post-dispatch cancellation of orders.
1.2. Upon successfully placing an order on the Platform and after Peping has successfully handed over the Product(s) to its Logistic Partner, you will receive a unique tracking identity number, which will enable you in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products.
1.3. Prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, should you decide to cancel the purchase, you can do so by referencing the unique tracking identity number received by you and requesting Peping to process a cancellation by sending an email to [email protected].
1.4. Refund. In all events of cancellation prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, Peping shall initiate refunds within 2 (two) business days from the date on which it received the request from you to the original mode of payment, subject to applicable charge, as may be deducted by your bank.
2. Terms of Return and Refund
2.1. Peping will accept only return on Returnable Products, as specified on the Platform, only in case of
2.1.1. any defect or deficiency in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by Peping after due verification at its sole discretion), or
2.1.2. any Product is received as damaged, or
2.1.3. an incorrect or expired Product is delivered.
2.2. Any request for return should be raised by you within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery by writing an email to [email protected]. The email should specify the reasons for raising a request for return. You shall guarantee that the Product is unused, with its original tags and packaging.
2.4. Peping shall initiate a process of refund of the monies paid by you towards purchase of a Product to the original mode of payment, if upon conducting quality checks, it is satisfied that the Product being returned entitles you to a refund. It is further clarified that Peping shall not be required to make any refund or return the Product that it deems ineligible for a refund or return based on such quality checks.
2.5. It is clarified that the refund entitled to you shall not include monies paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time, except in case of a Product having a defect at the time of delivery (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by Peping after due verification at its sole discretion).
2.6. Peping shall make all reasonable attempts to keep you apprised of the status of refund through updates shared on your registered mobile number and email address. Peping disclaims all liabilities that may arise on account of its failure to keep you apprised of the status of the refund.
2.7. If the request for refund is undisputed by Peping, the refund should reflect in your bank account within such reasonable time (subject to the policies of your bank in case of bank account/credit card refunds) from the date on which Peping initiates the refund.
2.8 Return of purchased Products are facilitated through Peping’s logistics partners. Upon a request for return of Product on the Platforms being received and duly acknowledged by Peping, Peping’s logistics partners shall get in touch with you in order to collect the purchased Products and delivering it Peping. In events where Peping is unable to facilitate a pick-up of the purchased Product for return from you, you are required to self-ship the Product to Peping’s shipping warehouse, the address for which will be intimated to you upon placing such request for return. Upon self-shipping the Product to Peping’s warehouse, you shall be required to scan the courier/postal receipt to [email protected] for Peping’s records. The aforesaid return by self-shipping the Products is subject to the returned Products passing quality check at Peping’s returns desk/warehouse.
Please note that Peping does not currently offer exchange facility on the Products sold through the Platform.
